Based On the First Law of Thermodynamics, Energy Is Never Destroyed. Wouldn’t This Mean That There Is No Death?

There is no death, but it has nothing to do with the first law of thermodynamics. Life itself is not a matter of energy transfer. What we call life — our existence, experiences, thoughts, and feelings — does not stem from physical energy. It exists within our perception, which is shaped entirely by our inner programming.

Our world, everything we see and experience, is nothing more than an image constructed within us. It appears real, just as a dream feels real while we sleep. But when we wake up, we realize the dream was never really there. It was only in our minds. The same applies to our so-called reality. Birth, life, and death are all part of this dreamlike state in which we currently exist.

What, then, is a person? A person is also an illusion. Our consciousness processes information in a way that makes this world appear solid and tangible, but it is simply a projection. We move through life as if it is absolute, yet it is only a temporary state, one from which we have not yet awakened.

This is why people search for the mystery of death. They are not really looking for what happens after the body stops functioning. Deep down, they are searching for real life, for something beyond this transient existence. But they do not yet know how to find it. Instead, they continue seeking within the same illusion, chasing new experiences that ultimately lead them nowhere.

True life begins when we wake up — when we rise above the limitations of our egoistic perception and connect to something higher. Waking up means shifting from a life of receiving for ourselves to a life of bestowal, of giving and connecting beyond the self. This is the path that Kabbalah reveals to us. It is a method of discovering the secret of life, to break free from the illusion, and to truly live.
