How Do You Deal With Your Fear and Doubt?

Doubts and fears are positive qualities in our nature that drive us to make progress in life. Without doubts and fears, we would stay still. We would simply try to minimize any bad feeling that arises and thus also experience hardly anything good. We would just live in a still manner, avoiding the triggering of doubts and fears as much as we possibly could.

We should thus welcome doubts and fears with the understanding that they surface in order to urge us to progress in order to become fully-developed human beings.

If we live in a supportive environment of teachers, friends, and texts that support our progress to becoming fully-developed human beings, then our doubts and fears will assume a positive form in our interactions with that environment. We will thus progress together.

We should thus understand that nothing in nature is created in vain. Likewise, we would be wise to never diminish, suppress, or erase any seemingly negative qualities that emerge in us. On the contrary, we should seek those qualities’ positive form through participation in an environment that supports our positive growth.
