What Does the Creator Want From Us?
Indeed, what does the Creator want from us? What is His response to our prayers, to our requests? The truth is, He is already responding, and we just fail to recognize His answer.
The Creator wants to bring us to a higher level of existence, a reality beyond our egoistic nature, where we can truly enjoy life in the fullest sense of that phrase — enjoying through the attainment of our similarity to the Creator. If we abandon the pursuit of personal gain and strive for connection, we will enter this new stage of development. There, we will no longer be driven by selfish interests but by a desire to be together, to support and uplift one another.
This is where the Creator is guiding us, to a world where equality, unity, and mutual consideration are not simply pleasant-sounding ideals but the very foundation of our lives. Moreover, such an evolution applies to the whole of humanity, among people, societies, and even nations. It is the next step in human evolution.
Here arises the question: Why do we not naturally want to move toward such an ideal world? It is because our ego resists it. The thought of caring for others, of truly living for the benefit of the whole, feels unnatural to our egoistic nature. Our ego constantly prioritizes self-benefit over the benefit of others. Each person instinctively recoils: “Why should I think about others? I don’t want to, and I don’t even know how.”
But if we sincerely turn to the Creator, the very source quality of love and bestowal, then He will grant us such an ability. For the time being, we are on an evolutionary trajectory where this awakening of a need to enter into a harmonious connection with one another is emerging out of increasing suffering. When we refuse to change, we get pushed to the brink, until we reach the breaking point where we finally cry out: “Give us the ability to be together!” The process is already unfolding. Step by step, we are being brought to such awareness. The choice before us is whether we will willingly strive for unity or be forced into it through pain and crises, under the so-called “evolutionary steamroller.”
The Creator is waiting for us to reach this decision. The sooner we consciously move toward positively connecting to one another with ties of mutual consideration, support, and encouragement, the sooner we will experience the new reality He has prepared for us — a harmonious and peaceful world with the highest of fulfillments.
